Jessica Bataille, The Lifestyle Company, began in 1996 as a shop in the port of Jávea. Today it is a design-led group that covers interiors, property development, hospitality and technology, with its own atelier, carpentry workshop, warehouses and delivery fleet. Between 2020 and 2025 its residential activity covered more than fifteen development and repositioning projects in Jávea.Jessica Bataille, The Lifestyle Company, zaczęła w 1996 roku jako sklep w porcie Jávei. We want one credential per person, in the form each place needs: a family member card for the club, an ECO key card for a hotel stay, a wristband for a guest or an event, a keyfob for a house, and a phone when that is easier. Every site we run has an approved Health and Safety Plan under Spain's Royal Decree 1627/1997 and a safety coordinator who must know who is on site, with which training and for which subcontractor (Law 32/2006). Today that is a list on paper at the gate. A complete rebuild of a house in the hills of Jávea: the house opened up to the light, a new continuous insulated envelope of 376 m² (SATE), deep niches, lime plaster, stone and oak inside. On 14 October 2026 the safety coordinator approved Annex no. 1 to the Health and Safety Plan: demolition of the rooftop tower and of the fence, with modified site accesses, starting 15 October.
